Porridge Radio
Until recently, I thought that quitting when it's at its best is a pretty good thing. Then Porridge Radio announced their split and I'd like to say: I've changed my mind! Maybe Toni Kroos can quit when it's at its best - but not Porridge Radio.
I'd like to stand in front of the stage forever with eyes the size of the Milky Way and adore this band, although it's not the sky that opens up when they start playing, but rather a small universe. And then I want to ask myself the big questions of life. Does this voice tremble or does it shake? Is that already God or just E minor?
‘Clouds In The Sky They Will Always Be There For Me’ is a fundamental album and of course it is, it's also the last one. Porridge Radio still want to release an EP, play for us once at Immergut 2025 and my heart will remain a little cracked. ‘I'm not ready to stop loving you yet’, Porridge Radio sing themselves on their latest single. That's why I've decided: When it's at its best, you can just keep loving a little longer.
