Peki Momés

It is night, it is quiet, most people are already asleep. Advertising signs glow through the darkness, and Peki Momés accompanies us through the night on our headphones. She tells a story, carried by small disco moments, jazzy sounds and a city pop vibe. It is a new yet familiar universe she invites us into.

Peki Momés’ music is groovy, raw and intimate, sometimes with crackling drums humming in the background. It feels familiar, as if we are taking a walk together and Peki’s music simply provides the soundtrack. It is a beautiful walk, full of encounters with the occasional deer, blackbirds or dogs nudging our legs just to say hello. Autumn leaves lie on the ground, it isn’t cold, and someone has brought along their analogue camera — a new profile picture is born.

Peki Momés’ music leads us to a crossroads. Suddenly it is May, we are standing on the festival grounds of Immergut Festival, and Peki Momés is on stage, bringing her music closer to us.
